WHEREAS, the parties, The Royal Society of Chemistry located at Thomas Graham House, Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0WF, UK (“Publisher”) of one part and National Library of Technology Prague located at Technická 6, Praha 6, 160 80, Czech Republic (“Customer”) of the other part have previously entered into an agreement originally 27th Janaury 2017 (the “Agreement”), and wish to amend the Agreement as set forth in this addendum (“Fifth Addendum”).
