Pursuant to California law the Soquel Creek Water District, hereafter referred to as District, acting through its negotiator, and representatives of the Office and Field Employees Bargaining Unit (Service Employees International Union, Local 521), hereafter referred to as Union, have met and conferred in good faith and have fully communicated and exchanged information concerning wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment for the term commencing February 1, 2013, and terminating January 31, 2017. It is the intent of the parties to set forth herein their entire agreement covering rates of pay, wages, working hours, and other conditions of employment; and to provide for prompt and fair settlement of grievances without interruption or other interference with the normal operations of the District.
