This contract is for the purpose of providing each member of the University of San Diego Dance Team with the guidelines, expectations and commitment responsibilities required for being a member of this team. Upon signing this contract, you as a USD student and participating mem- ber of this team, agree to all of the requirements stated within for one full season beginning May 6, 2017 and ending May 6, 2018. If you are found in violation or disagreement of this contract, you become subject to consequence decided upon by the coaches and administration, or dis- missal from the team.
