This Lightbend Consulting and Training Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is by and between Lightbend, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Lightbend”) with its principal place of business at 625 Market Street, Suite 1000, San Francisco, CA 94105 and the customer (“Customer”) identified on an order form incorporating this Agreement (“Order Form”), and is effective as of the date Lightbend signs the Order Form (the "Effective Date").
