(“Volt”) assigned to its subsidiary Volt Management Corp. under the terms and conditions set forth below in this letter agreement (“Agreement”). This Agreement is made between Howard Zimmerman (hereinafter referred to as “Employee” or “you”) and Volt. Such terms and conditions take effect on October 30, 2013 and, as of that date, all prior Employment Agreements with Volt and any of its subsidiaries, and any addendums, amendments or emails will be deemed to have terminated, and shall be of no force or effect.
