DISH Wireless L.L.C. dba Gen Mobile (“DISH Wireless” or the “Company”), the Division of Public Utilities (“DPU”), and the Office of Consumer Services (“OCS”) (collectively, the “Stipulating Parties” or the “Parties”), through their undersigned representatives, enter into this Stipulation and Settlement Agreement (“Stipulation”) regarding the Petition filed by DISH Wireless in the instant docket.
