Expression Definition "A2A" has the meaning given in Clause 19.1A of the Framework Agreement; "A2A Decision Note" has the meaning given in Clause 19.5A of the Framework Agreement; "A2A Process" has the meaning given in Clause 19.1A of the Framework Agreement; "Accounting Year" means the financial year of the Framework Authority; "Accreditation Standards" has the meaning given in Paragraph 3.1 of Schedule 5 (Security and Accreditation) to the Framework Agreement; "Achieve" in respect of a Milestone, to successfully meet all of the requirements of the relevant Milestone which shall be evidenced by the issue of a Milestone Achievement Certificate in respect of that Milestone and "Achieved" and"Achievement" shall be construed accordingly; "Actual Volume Calculation" is the calculation of Actual Volumes, the Minimum Purchase Volume and the Shortfall (if any) to be prepared from time to time in accordance with Paragraph 8 of Schedule 3.2 (Pricingand Rate Card) this Framework
