This Memorandum of Understanding, herein referred to as “MOU,” is entered into by and between New Haven Unified School District and Chabot/Las Positas Community College District (herein collectively “educational institutions”) who elect to accept its terms pursuant to Section 12 herein, as approved by the NHUSD Board of Education on March 5, 2019.
