AUDIT. Funds provided under this Agreement to community agencies for social services are subject to the audit requirements contained in the Maine Uniform Accounting and Auditing Practices for Community Agencies (MAAP), Federal OMB Circular A-110, and may further be subject to audit by authorized representatives of the Federal Government, according to the Agreement Settlement Form (pro forma) contained in Rider F, if applicable. Agencies that expend $500,000 or more in a year in Federal Awards shall have a single or program-specific audit conducted for that year in accordance with Federal Circular OMB A-133, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations.
