These General Terms and Conditions (“Legal Terms”) when incorporated by a Statement of Work, or Proposal (“SOW”) shall govern the services to be provided (“Services”) and constitute the full agreement (collectively the “Agreement”) between the Customer and the Merrill entity (“Merrill”) (each a “Party”) named in the SOW. In the event of a conflict between the Legal Terms and any SOWs, the SOW shall govern.
