This agreement is made effective upon receipt of the iPad, between the Coon Rapids-Bayard (CR-B) Community School District (CSD), the student receiving the iPad (Student), and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (Parent). The Student and Parent, in consideration of being provided with an iPad, software, and related materials (charger, stylus pen, smart keyboard, protective case, and carrying bag) for use while a student is at CR-B CSD, hereby agree as follows:
