This Grant Agreement is entered into by and between the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC), and the [ENTITY or ENTITIES NAME(s)] (hereinafter, whether singular or plural, ENTITY) for the purchase of agricultural land easements under the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP-ALE). The CCC will utilize the expertise and services of NRCS to perform its duties identified in this Grant Agreement. The term “Parties” as used herein refers collectively to NRCS and the ENTITY.
