THIS MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and effective as of April 7, 2021 by and between TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-SAN ANTONIO, a member of the Texas A&M University System (the “A&M System”), having its principal place of business in San Antonio, Texas (the “University”), and ACC SC MANAGEMENT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, having its principal place of business in Austin, Texas (the “Manager”) (for purposes of this Agreement, the Manager and University are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
