This MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement” or the “Contract”), consisting of this signature page and the attached Terms and Conditions, is made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between TELGIAN CANADA LTD, (“Telgian”) with offices at 10230 South 50th Place, Phoenix, AZ 85044 USA and 1969 Upper Water Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3R7and the above-named Contractor (“Contractor”).
