This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is an agreement between you the end user (“You” or “User” interchangeably) and Hybrid Solutions Middle East FZE, an FZE corporation incorporated in UAE with address FDRK0813, Service Block, , Al Jazirah Al Hamra, RAKEZ Business Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Licensor”). This EULA governs your use of VertexFX Trading Platform and all related software, VertexFX Trading Language (“VTL”), Application Programming Interfaces (“API”), programs, documentation, and updates and upgrades that replace or supplement the Software and are not distributed with a separate license (together the “Software”). This Software is licensed to you free of charge. You do not own this Software. By installing or using the Software, you consent to be bound by this EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO EACH AND EVERY TERM OF THIS EULA, THEN YOU MAY NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE OR IF IT HAS ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED THEN YOU MUST DELETE
