This SUBCONTRACT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of: 8/27/2020 (the “Effective Date”) between Atlas Research LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having an office at 805 Fifteenth Street, Suite 910, Washington, DC 20005 ("the Prime Contractor") and DD&T GROUP LLC, a State in which incorporated [legal entity: corporation, limited liability company, etc.], with an office at Enter Subcontractor Address (the "Subcontractor"). Each of the Prime Contractor and Subcontractor may hereafter be referred to as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
