This Non-Exclusive License Agreement (hereinafter the “License”) by and between the City of Treasure Island, Florida, a municipal corporation (hereinafter the “City”), and the Madeira Beach Youth Baseball and Softball Boosters, Inc., a Florida not for profit corporation, with its principal place of business located at 200 Rex Place, Madeira Beach, FL 33708 (hereinafter the “Licensee”), (collectively the “Parties”), is made and entered into on the 19 day of October 2021.
