This Solid Waste Flow Control Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of , 2016, by and between Mono County, California (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, and the Town of Mammoth Lakes (“Town”), a municipality. County and Town are referred to individually herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.” The Parties agree as follows:
