This MK Partners Professional Services Agreement (the “AGREEMENT”) is entered into by and between MK Partners Inc., a California corporation, with offices at 5709 Cahuenga Blvd, North Hollywood, CA 91601 (“MKP”) and the entity agreeing to these terms (“CUSTOMER”). This Agreement is effective the earlier of either i. the date the MK Partners Statement of Work to which it is attached is signed by the CUSTOMER or ii. the date the CUSTOMER makes payment for any portion of Professional Services pursuant to said MK Partners Statement of Work (the “EFFECTIVE DATE”). If you are accepting on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have full legal authority to bind your employer, or the applicable entity, to these terms and conditions; (ii) you have read and understand this AGREEMENT; and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the party that you represent, to this AGREEMENT.
