The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and Lubbock Regional MHMR Center dba Starcare Specialty Health (“Grantee”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health First Aid (“MHFA”) Grant contract effective September 1, 2018 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000187300001 (the “Contract”), as amended, now desire to further amend the Contract.
