Contract Type FiledAugust 18th, 2020An Agreement for Device Use must be signed by the student and student’s parent or guardian and returned to the District prior to the student being issued a District Device. An Agreement for Device Use must only be signed once in a student’s career and also if there is a change in use. Issuance of this Agreement for Device Use obviates the need for a separate Acknowledgement of Receipt of Acceptable Use Policy to be issued.
