An Agreement for Device Use must be signed by the student and student’s parent or guardian and returned to the District prior to the student being issued a District Device. An Agreement for Device Use must only be signed once in a student’s career and also if there is a change in use. Issuance of this Agreement for Device Use obviates the need for a separate Acknowledgement of Receipt of Acceptable Use Policy to be issued.
