THIS CONTRACT, hereinafter referred to as “Contract” for purposes of identification hereby numbered MA-080-23010397, by and between the County of Orange, a political subdivision of the State of California, and Orange County Flood Control District, a body corporate and politic, hereinafter referred to as “County” and Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc., a Minnesota Corporation, hereinafter referred to as “A- E,” which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as “Parties.”
