WHEREAS: The Parties comprising of Siyaya Phambili Technology Solutions (Pty) Limited (referred to as “Siyaya”) and the customer (referred to as the “Company”), and the “Agreement” to which these terms and conditions are attached, have agreed to enter into an arrangement for the provision of certain “Services” and the Parties wish to define this arrangement which is referred to as either the MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (MSA) or MASTER AGREEMENT (MA).
