In April 2014, the European Parliament and the Council adopted a decision proposed by the European Commis- sion (EC) concerning the development of Space Surveillance and Tracking (SST) Services1. To this end, five coun- tries have set up a Consortium in charge of the project: the agreement among the National Space Agencies and offices of France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom and the Commission was signed in June of this year2.
