This Advertising Agreement is effective once said Gym, Fitness Club have agreed to the terms on the Ottawa Valley Sports website. This Advertising Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement between the parties and is made a part thereof. Any terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning specified in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict of inconsistency between the terms of this agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern and prevail.
