This Agreement is hereby entered into this day of , 20 by and between the City of Milton (hereinafter “City”), School District of Milton (hereinafter “MSD”), Milton Area Chamber of Commerce (hereinafter “MACC”), and Janesville Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (hereinafter JACVB) for tourism promotion services for the Milton Area. The City of Milton will act as the lead agency in this agreement with MACC and MSD as partner organizations.
