For and in consideration of the procurement of the buyer for ("Property") by Procuring Agent, Listing Broker/International Marketing Broker agrees to pay Procuring Broker a procurement fee equal to percent ( %) of the sales price, which is part of the compensation earned by Listing Broker/International Marketing Broker, upon the closing of the sale of the Property.
