Please read this entire Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risks & Release and Indemnity Agreement (hereafter “Document”) carefully before signing. The volunteer (hereafter “volunteer”) must sign this Document. If volunteer is under 18 yrs. of age (hereafter sometimes “minor” or “child”) a parent or legal guardian (hereafter collectively “parent”) must also sign. In consideration of the services of Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and volunteers (hereafter individually and collectively “VOC”) and Town of Breckenridge (hereafter “Project Partner”) in allowing volunteer to participate, I (volunteer and parent of a minor volunteer) acknowledge and agree as follows:
