The County of Napa (“County”) and the Napa Association of Public Employees, SEIU, Local 1021 (“NAPE”) through their respective bargaining representatives, agree to amend the 2007-2009 labor agreements and the 2009-2010 Extension Agreement by and between the County and the Public Employee and Public Employee Supervisory Units, as follows:
