This Interconnection Agreement is being entered into by and between Illinois Bell Telephone Company d/b/a AT&T Illinois (“AT&T Illinois”) previously referred to as “SBC Illinois”, and Comlink L.L.C. (“CLEC” or “Requesting Carrier”), (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”), pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“the Act”).
