WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 48-2022 adopted on January 18, 2022 the Board of Commissioners of the City of Millville approved that certain Purchase and sale Agreement (hereinafter the “PSA”) by and between Seller and Purchaser for the sale of certain city owned property located in the James R. Hurley Industrial Park knowns more particularly as part of Lot 1 in Block 136 on the City of Millville Tax Map;
