All Catering Packages are for a two hour period; Bill Bateman’s Rosedale is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the room, quality of the food, and refilling all hot food, and sauces. Please note our Buffet Packages and Deli Trays are made to order based on a per person confirmation, and are not refillable.
