THIS AGREEMENT is made this 9th day of August, 2021 (“Effective date”), by and between Pueblo County, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (“County” or “Pueblo County”) and the City of Pueblo (“the Recipient”), through and for the use of the Pueblo Food Project, located at 1 City Hall Place Pueblo, Colorado 81003, the recipient of a grant award from Pueblo County’s COVID-19 CARES Economic Recovery Program Funds, collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
