This Contract is by and between (“Guest”) and the State of Oregon acting by and through the Board of Higher Education on behalf of Oregon State University’s University Housing and Dining Services’ Residential Conferences (“OSU”) for a short-term space in an OSU Residential Conferences housing facility.
