This HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”) is applicable to the Services and together with the Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) and the other Incorporated Agreements constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and Evolve IP. In the event that any of the terms of this BAA conflict with any Business Associate Agreement executed separately between Customer and Evolve IP (each a “Standalone BAA”), the Parties agree that the terms of the Standalone BAA shall control.
