The following is an Agreement between [student] and Elizabeth Rainey, Director of Retention and Student Success at Loyola New Orleans. The purpose of this Agreement is to provide ongoing support for [student] throughout the Fall 2018 semester, and for the rest of her time at Loyola. A copy of this agreement will be shared with the Office of Financial Aid, the student’s academic advisor and/or Associate Dean.
