This Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into on the date of full execution (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between: Westerly Public Schools, located at 23 Highland Avenue, Westerly, RI 02891 USA (the “Local Education Agency” or “LEA”) and Piktochart Sdn. Bhd., located at Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang Malaysia, 1-20-1 Suntech Cybercity Lintang Mayang Pasir 3 (the “Provider”).
