SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO AND‌INNVISION – THE WAY HOME THIS SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , 20 , by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, hereinafter called "County," and INNVISION – THE WAY HOME, hereinafter called "Contractor"; W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code, Section 31000, County may contract with independent contractors for the furnishing of such services to or for County or any Department thereof; WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement for the purpose of providing the administration and coordination of emergency homeless shelter services on June 5, 2007; and WHEREAS, the parties amended said Agreement on July 22, 2008 to add funding for Fiscal Year 2008-09. WHEREAS, the parties now wish to further amend the Agreement to add funding in the amount of $40,828 for the Elsa Segovia Center.
