As part of our obligations for the upcoming Manhattan Levee improvements, the City is required to undertake all necessary relocations or adjustments to our city-owned utilities, namely water and sewer infrastructure. A number of major crossing points are impacted by the levee project and we expect that each of them will require the laying of new pipe on the levee. This engineering services agreement is necessary to expedite the design of those adjustments for construction ahead of or in coordination with the Levee project.
