This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into on the 14th day of June, 2017, between the Greater Lincoln Workforce Development Board (GLWDB) in its capacity as the Local Workforce Development Board for the Greater Lincoln Workforce Development Area, the Mayor of Lincoln, Nebraska in his capacity as Chief Elected Official for the Greater Lincoln Area, and the One Stop Partner Nebraska Department of Education-Adult Education and Southeast Community College (PARTNER) for service delivery at Lincoln’s American Job Center (AJC) and in the Greater Lincoln One Stop System.
