This BetterUp Enterprise Agreement, including all exhibits attached hereto, (this “ Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the Order Effective Date by and between Company and its Affiliates (collectively, “ Company”) and BetterUp, Inc. (“ BetterUp”) (each a “ Party” and collectively “ Parties”).
