This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between The Brick LLC (“Owner”) and the “Host”, hereinafter defined on the signature page of this Agreement. The Owner and the Host collectively may be referred to as the “Parties”. The Host’s members, agents, vendors, employees, subcontractors, patrons, guests, and invitees shall collectively be referred to as “Guests”.
