The terms and conditions of this Customer Agreement constitute a contract that will be accepted by you when any one of the following first occurs: (1) you request or accept delivery of propane, service, or equipment from us; or (2) you permit a tank leased from us to remain on your property for more than thirty (30) days after your receipt of this Agreement; or (3) you do not contact Ag Supply in writing within thirty (30) days after your receipt of this Agreement and terminate service.
