Sherwood Broadband: Master Service Agreement This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement’) sets forth the terms and conditions by which Sherwood Broadband (“SBB”) agrees to provide communication services to Customer. Each of Customer and SBB are collectively referred to as “the Parties” or individually, a “Party” herein.
