By 30 November 2019, none of the Contracting Parties to the above-mentioned Agreement had communicated an objection to the Secretary-General. Consequently, in accordance with article 2 (3) and 2 (4) of the Protocol amending the title of the ADR, the amendment to the title of the ADR is deemed accepted and shall enter into force for all the Contracting Parties on 1 January 2021.
