Public Works is seeking Board approval to authorize the Los Angeles County Flood Control District to enter into a Use and Maintenance Agreement with the City of Carson to allow the City of Carson to construct, operate, maintain, and repair portions of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District's Project 1201, Line A, drainage facility near the intersection of Figueroa Street and Sepulveda Boulevard in the City of Carson as part of the Carson Stormwater and Runoff Capture Project.
