These Terms of Use (hereinafter also referred to as “Terms”) regulate the relationship between Motor Share FZ- LLC, a company organized and operating under the laws of Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, holding a business license № 96471 issued by Dubai Creative Cluster Authority, maintaining its principal office at ED 51, Bldg.16, Dubai Internet City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, along with its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as “MOTOR”), and the user of the e-platform MOTOR available online with mobile applications distributed via App Store and Google Play mobile applications stores (hereinafter referred to as the “user”, “you”).
