Fleet command RMS, Campster Club, and Fleet Capture, (hereafter referred to as “FCRMS and its services”, “we”, “us”, “site”, “ASCY Design” or “our”) is owned and operated by ASCY Design Corp. This agreement describes the terms and condition applicable to the services available on or through the website, mobile site, and mobile and tablet applications (collectively referred to as the “Site”), and details your responsibilities, thereby limiting the liability of ASCY Design, and its third- party Rental Service Operators. These Rental Service Operators include, without limitation, rental car, motorhome, outdoor vehicles and other Rental Service Operators or application services utilized through this Site (such third parties collectively referred to as the “Rental Service Providers”). This site is intended for personal and commercial use.
