entity of state government of the State of California (the “State”), the DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS AND REHABILITATION (the “Department”), an entity of state government of the State, the CORRECTIONS STANDARDS AUTHORITY, a State entity established within the Department (the “CSA”) and the County of (the “Participating County”), a Political Subdivision of the State of California. For purposes of this Agreement, the Board, the Department, the CSA and the Participating County are referred to collectively as “Parties,” and individually as a “Party.” The Board, the Department and the CSA are referred to collectively herein, as the “Agencies.”
