THIS ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and entered into this day of October, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) by and among the City of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, an Indiana municipal corporation (the "City"), City of Fishers Redevelopment Commission, a commission authorized and existing pursuant to Ind. Code § 36-7-14 et. seq. (the "FRC"), the Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation, an Indiana not-for-profit corporation organized, existing and operating pursuant to Ind.
